SuperBrevetScandinavia (hereinafter SBS) is committed to maintaining a privacy policy, allowing you to read about how we handle your personal data. Our privacy policy is prepared by our system provider, Klubmodul Aps, and tailored to suit the specific conditions of SBS.

In short, we register the data you provide to us along with the results you achieve. We delete your data 3 years after the latest SBS year unless you wish to keep a profile on the website. However, we do not delete your results, your posts in our forum, or information about awards and other achievements you have attained. 

Most of the information you have provided yourself or created by participating in our events, so there should be nothing surprising. Naturally, we do not share your personal information with outsiders except as noted below.

We share or publish the following information about you: 

1. On the website, one can see a participant list with the following information:
   1. Name 
   2. Gender 
   3. Participant number 
   4. Nationality 
   5. Payment status 
2. Results List
    On the website, the results lists for SBS events can be viewed. These lists contain:
   1.  Name 
   2. Gender 
   3. Nationality 
   4. Completion time 
   5. Homologation number from Les Randonneurs Mondiaux
3. To Les Randonneurs Mondiaux, a results list is sent with the following information: 
   1. The same information as in the results list 
   2. Other relevant information as may be required by LRM
4. Photos, videos, and texts 
   1. Organizers may publish photos, videos, and texts from SBS events. 
   2. Participants may do the same. 
   3. SBS may, with the creator's permission, publish participant's accounts, photos, videos, etc. 
   4. Material is not shared or sold for commercial purposes.
